Immunization Schedule

Cobb Pediatrics follows the immunization guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We do not skip, defer, or split any vaccines unless medically contraindicated. Please review our practice Vaccine Policy Statement below.

For full descriptions of these vaccines and the diseases they protect against, please visit www.vaccinesafety.edu or www.vaccineinformation.org.

For Vaccine Information Statements (VISs) published by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) please visit www.cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/vis/index.html.

If you are an active patient with our practice, you can access your child’s individual immunization status and records on our Patient Portal.
